Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate Proteem™
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: handful of spinach

Instructions

    Add all ingredients to blender

  2. 2

    Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth

  3. 3

    Add more almond milk if too thick

  4. 4

    Pour into glass and enjoy immediately
