

Blend egg whites, flaxseed, flour, and Nitro Isolate Whey Protein together
Preheat a nonstick pan coated with butter, cooking spray or coconut oil
When the pan is hot start pouring the batter using a large spoon or ladle onto the pan. Bring down the heat to medium so the pancakes cook evenly.
Once the bubbles appear on the pancake surface, flip them, cook a little longer, removing them to a warm plate. Repeat for each pancake.
When the pancakes are done, stack them and top with cinnamon
